Lok Sin Tong delegation visits Lai Chi Kok Correctional Institution

Dr Jimmy Wong, Chairman of Lok Sin Tong (LST), led a delegation to visit Lai Chi Kok Correctional Institution (LCKCI) today (8 January).  The visit aimed at understanding more on the custodial and rehabilitation services of the Correctional Services Department (CSD) and enhancing the partnership between the two organisations.  Picture shows Mr Kwok Leung-ming, Commissioner of Correctional Services, briefing Dr Wong on the operation of a Parent-child Centre in LCKCI.
