With the establishment of the Rehabilitation Division, we strive to formulate strategies for the long-term development of rehabilitative services for offenders, to strengthen the co-ordination / connection with the relevant statutory prison sentence review boards, and other concerned bodies on rehabilitation matters of offenders, and to identify the gaps and overlaps in existing rehabilitative services for offenders.
