CSD Rehabilitation Volunteer Group

To help the rehabilitation of offenders, the "CSD Rehabilitation Volunteer Group" was set up in early 2004. It comprises professionals like teachers, social workers and accountants, and retirees and university students. They have conducted courses in languages, computer studies, accounting and post-secondary tutorial. They have also run classes on cultural and interest pursuits, such as Tai Chi, handicraft, rugby, calligraphy and painting. They also participate in the publicity programmes on appealing support for offenders' rehabilitation and community services.

Those interested to join this Volunteer Group may approach the Volunteer Group office at 2505 1492.
