Video Analytic Monitoring System

By comparing the real-time closed circuit television images with the pre-set patterns of behaviours, the system can automatically detect abnormal behaviours of persons in custody (PICs) such as fighting and suicide by hanging, etc. Upon detecting such behaviours, the system will immediately notify the duty officer for follow-up actions, so as to ensure the security of custodial environment and safety of PICs.

Robotic Monitoring System

The patrol robot of the system is equipped with multiple cameras and an intercommunication function to assist correctional officers in carrying out night patrol duty and enhance monitoring of PICs. Correctional officers can observe the prison cells via a tablet computer or a monitor at the staff workstation, enabling correctional officers to promptly handle irregularities and strengthen the supervision of PICs.
