Misconduct of visitor in Lai Chi Kok Reception Centre

     A visitor displayed misconduct at the Visit Registration Centre of Lai Chi Kok Reception Centre today (October 7) after he was rejected to visit a person in custody as he could not produce valid identification for verification.

     At 11.59am, the male visitor requested to visit a male person in custody at the Visit Registration Centre. He turned emotional when his visit was rejected as he could not produce valid identification for verification. He created disturbance and damaged government property at the centre and fled.
    
     The case has been reported to the Police for investigation.
