CSD Multi-purpose Family and Rehabilitation Service Centres
The set up of Multi-purpose Family and Rehabilitation Service Centre (MFRSC) of the Correctional Services Department aims to provide psychological and counselling services for rehabilitated offenders and their families, as well as a video visit service for declared visitors of persons in custody, allowing them to make an appointment for a video visit through the General Visit e-Services Platform.
The service centres are open 7 days per week from 8.30am to 5.30pm.
