AOII Recruitment Procedures

The following four selection procedures will be conducted on the same day
Physical Fitness Test Physical Fitness Test

Applicants must attain the passing standard of the Physical Fitness Test. Failure in attaining the passing standard of any test item will not be invited to attend the remaining recruitment procedures.
 
Basic Law and National Security Law Test Basic Law and National Security Law Test (where appropriate)

Applicants are required to pass the Basic Law and National Security Law Test
 
Group Interview Group Interview

Applicants who have passed the Group Interview will be invited to attend the Selection Interview
 
Selection Interview Selection Interview

Applicants who have passed the Selection Interview will be considered for appointment

 

For those applicants who could not meet the language proficiency requirements of Assistant Officer II, the Correctional Services Department (CSD) provides applicants with an additional way to meet the language proficiency requirements.

Applicants could apply for the Assistant Officer II Language Test (Chinese / English) (Language Test), applicants passing the Language Test will be deemed to have met the Assistant Officer II language proficiency requirements. The result will be permanently valid for the application of Assistant Officer II of CSD.
