Community Synergy for Rehabilitation Association - Perseverance Education Fund

In a bid to support persons in custody to pursue education and vocational training through community involvement, the Department has set up a three-year subsidy scheme, viz. the ‘Community Synergy for Rehabilitation Association - Perseverance Education Fund’ (CSRA - PEF) starting from 2022 with a total donation of HK$1,000,000 comprising HK$400,000 in 2022 and HK$300,000 each in the next two years from Community Synergy for Rehabilitation Association for providing financial assistance directly by the money donated to needy persons in custody to pay for education / vocational training course fees, public examination fees and the like.

The Department invites applications for financial assistance three times a year.
